Who actually ships my items? TODAY also offers a variety of exciting products through partnerships with retailers and brands. If your product is purchased as part of one of our partnerships with a third-party retailer or brand, that retailer or brand will be responsible for shipping the product directly to you.


If your product is sold directly by TODAY, your product may be fulfilled and shipped by a third-party fulfillment partner.


How will I be notified when an item has shipped? You will receive a shipment email notification from TODAY detailing all the tracking information about your order directly from the retailer.


Can I use a promo code or a coupon of a brand/retailer during purchase? No, not at this time.


Do you save my credit card information? We do not save or share your credit card information. You can view our full terms & conditions and privacy policy.


Why am I getting a credit card error when attempting to place my order? Please check that you are entering all the correct payment information. If you continue to experience issues, please contact our customer service team.
