What if you do not like your items?
Unfortunately, due to each personal soap product being made to order and that you are receiving items at such a deep discount, no refunds will be accepted and no exchanges will be allowed.
How will my order ship?
All orders will ship via USPS ground or priority and you will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
What if my package is lost?
Bon Vivant Designs is not responsible for items that may be lost in transit. If an item with confirmation of delivery by USPS is reported missing, unfortunately we cannot be held responsible. No refund or replacement will be issued. We thank you for your understanding!
Are the products good for children?
Adult supervision is essential when using these products around children. Not intended for children under the age of 4.
These products are not a Food Product and not intended to be eaten. These products are intended for external use only in a bath or shower. Please read the list of ingredients of each product and do not use it if you have any allergies to any of these ingredients. Due to the delicate nature of children's skin, our products should only be used on children or adults who are not skin sensitive and do not have allergies/skin sensitivities to fragrance, essential oils, oils, goats milk or any other ingredients in our products.
Will there be any delays due to COVID-19 and the Postal Service?
Due to COVID-19 and the unprecedented amount of shipping and mail, we cannot guarantee the transit time from our warehouse to your destination. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
