What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified, canceled or returned. All sales are final.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs $6.95 first item, and $3.00 for each additional item.

When will my order ship?
Orders will ship from our warehouse located in Los Angeles, CA within 7-10 business days from the date of the event. And the estimated time in transit is 5-7 business days after the order ships. When your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive the email.

I just received my tracking number, but it's not working. Can you help?
Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to update. Tracking information can be a little delayed, but we promise your package is en-route!
I ordered multiple items but only received tracking for 1 or partial items?
If you ordered multiple items and received two tracking numbers; we had to split the order up into separate shipments. So you will receive multiple tracking numbers for each shipment. If you have not yet received all of the tracking information, please be patient as we are working our hardest to get all of the orders out ASAP.

International Shipments:
This promotion is valid to shipping address only within the 48 contiguous United States. We will not ship to any Canada, Mexico, or any other addresses outside of the United States. If you place an order, we will cancel the order.

If an item is out of stock, when will it be back up to purchase?
Once an item has been sold out in the promotions period, there will no longer be any stock available. Some stock will be released for Mid-West and West coast viewers, so you can check back in subsequent hours. My package was marked as delivered, but I didn't receive it.
Sometimes USPS tracking information can be incorrect, and that happens. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it's best to check with your postman. It's possible your package was brought to a neighbor. If you can’t find your package after 3 business days of it saying “delivered” please reach out to us and we can resolve the issue.

What is your return policy?
All sales under Steals and Deals promotions are final.
What should I do if I received the wrong item(s) or damaged item(s)?
If you received an incorrect or damaged item please email us at with a photo of all item(s), your name, order number and which item(s) you are missing or is damaged. After review, we will send you a prepaid shipping envelope for you to return the incorrect item(s) and then send you the correct item(s). Original shipping & handling fees will not be refunded.
