I think I have a duplicate order. What do I do?
Each confirmed order will receive its own confirmation email/receipt. Please review your email so you can see if in fact you have placed a duplicate order. I received a declined transaction error message. Why? What can I do to fix it so I can get the deal?
A declined transaction message may occur for several reasons including an expired credit card/incorrect billing zip code/system error. Please try placing the order again while taking extra care to ensure your credit card and address information is 100% correct.
I made a typo on my email and didn’t get an email receipt. How do I fix/change it on my order?
Please email us at Watches@BrunoMagli.com with your last name, last 4 digits of the credit card used to place the order, and the correct email address and we will be glad to email you a copy of your receipt.
The watch I wanted is sold out. Will you be getting in more stock at this great deal price?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of this deal, we have limited quantities for each watch and cannot guarantee that more quantity will become available. Please sign up for an email alert in case your watch comes back in stock. This email sign up can be found on the “sold out” product page.

When will my order ship?
All order placed today, Friday 11/23, will begin shipping on Monday 11/25. Please understand that due to the volume of this sale, it will take a few days until all orders have shipped out. I ordered the wrong quantity of item, how do I change it?
Once your order has been placed and confirmed (with a tracking number provided), it moves into the fulfillment stage where we are not able to make any quantity changes. If you’d like to order additional quantity of an item, please place a new additional order.
My watch arrived broken, what should I do?
We take great care to ensure that all shipments are packaged properly but unfortunately damage in transit can occur. Please email us at Watches@BrunoMagli.com and we will be glad to assist you.
I received a watch that is different from what I ordered!
Please review your original confirmation email where you can see a description and model number of the watch(es) you ordered. On the underside of the watch, there is a model number which should match the model number in the confirmation email. In the rare event this is not the case, please email us at Watches@BrunoMagli.com and we will be glad to assist you.

The watches included in today’s special Jill’s Steals and Deals offering have been manufactured in the Far East using Swiss Watch Movements. All watches are built with surgical grade stainless steel and all of these watches feature fine Italian Leather straps. Please reference each individual watch page for the specific details.
