Orders will be shipped within 2 weeks. Once order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Due to high volume of these sales, we cannot send out expedited orders. Please allow 1-2 business days for response to emails.

What is your return policy?
Due to high volume and limited inventory, all Today Show Sales are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Failed Transactions
If you receive an error message when attempting to check out, please call your bank or credit card to make sure they have not blocked the transaction for activity outside of your normal purchases.

Credit Card Charges
Due to the high volume of orders and because this is a FINAL SALE event, credit cards will be charged at the point of purchase. Items will be shipped within 21 business days from date of purchase
