5. I placed my order and it's not yet arrived- You will be notified via email when your package is on its way to you. Please note that many carriers since the up-swing of online orders globally are not always scanning the package until it arrives to your states depot. Allow 7 working days after you receive tracking details before you reach out to us, thank you!

6. What is your return Policy?- As this is a special deeply discounted sale we are not accepting any returns or exchanges.

7. Will my order arrive by Valentines Day? We aim to please, so thats our goal! We have two weeks after the sale to ship your products.

8. I wanted to add items to my order- We will not be able to add any more products to your order after you have finished placing your order. Please see the brands website to order anything you forgot to order or if not sold out place a second order on The Today Show link.

9. I ordered the wrong items- We cannot change your order after it has been placed. Please be mindful and check your cart before you pay for your order.

10. My item broke in transit- Please take a photo of your item and email to our customer service email hydrabloom1@gmail.com with your full name, ORDER#, address and phone number so we can have photographic proof in order to re-ship more products to you.

11. The tracking shows it arrived but I still don't have it- This is something that can happen when your local mail person has it still on the truck or when he's delivered to your neighbor by mistake, in either instance we ask that you contact your local post office with your tracking number so they can search for where it is. 9/10 they always find it and will get it to you once you've alerted them.

12. Can I EARN REWARDS? YES! we have a rewards system on our site. 13. I ordered but don't like or want the product anymore- unfortunately sales are final as per The Today show rules, we suggest that you gift it to a friend or family member.

14. The Lavender and Rose flowers in my bath and body oil sometimes come out when I pour it in my bath or on my skin- As the Flowers are all organic and natural this can happen from time to time.

15. I ordered and want it to be shipped to me faster can you do that?- We are shipping with USPS and they can take up to 3-10 days to arrive. Please note, Hydra Bloom has 2 weeks from the date of sale on January 27th to ship your order to you. So allow from 1 week to 3 weeks to receive your products Thank You.

16. I ordered from the sale but don't see a receipt in my email- Please check your spam filters for order receipt and check your credit card balance. If you see the charge on your credit card but no order receipt please email us on the customer service address below so we can help you.
