Orders will be shipped within 2 weeks. Once orders ship, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track your shipment from door-to-door.

What is the return policy?
Due to high volume and limited inventory, all Today Show sales are FINAL sales: No returns, refunds or exchanges.
What if I receive an error message at checkout?
If you receive an error message during checkout, please double check your billing address, card expiration and CVV code are correct. If you continue to receive an error message, call your bank or credit card to make sure they have not blocked the transaction for activity outside of your normal purchases. It’s very common and a way for them to protect you from fraudulent purchases. This can usually be fixed in a few minutes so you can complete your order successfully.
