What is your return policy?
Prettyinside does not accept returns. In the event that you do receive a damaged product due to shipping or weather, we will issue a full credit or send you a replacement.


What if I received my product damaged? 
For all return or damages requests retail or wholesale, please email hello@prettyinsidebeauty.com and include an image of your product and the shipping box.

  What should I do if I am missing a product in my package?  
Oh no! We apologize for this and want to get you your product as soon as possible. Please email hello@prettyinsidebeauty.com with order number and an image of your order and we will get it shipped out!

 What is your shipping policy?
At Prettyinside, your order will be processed and shipped within 2 weeks from the time the order is placed. Once the package leaves our facility, the carrier is responsible for delivery. Prettyinside is not responsible for packages once the package is marked "Delivered."

Are these masks good for sensitive skin?
We sourced the most amazing and pure ingredients to create our masks, with the goal of bringing out the beauty in the natural you. Red wine, rose water, charcoal, and caffeine are a few of the elements that contribute to a fresh feeling and dewy glow that each mask brings to your skin. Our masks are good for all skin types and are paraben, sulfate and cruelty free. Every mask is different with a variety of clean ingredients for the most hydrating experience possible.
