Orders will be shipped within 2 weeks. Once orders ship, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track your shipment from door-to-door. 
Due to the high volume with these sales, we cannot send out expedited orders. Please allow 24 hours for a response to emails.

Return Policy
Due to high volume and limited inventory, all Today Show Sales are FINAL Sales - No Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

Failed Transactions
If you get an error message when attempting to checkout, please call your bank or credit card to make sure they have not blocked the transaction for activity outside of your normal purchases. It's very common and a way for them to protect you from fraudulent purchases. Can usually be fixed in a few minutes so you can complete your order successfully. 

Credit Card Charges
Due to the high volume of orders and because this is a FINAL SALE event, credit cards will be charged at the point of purchase. Items will ship within 14 business days from date of purchase.
