When will my order ship?
All items will ship in 1 to 2 weeks from time of purchase.

Which carrier will be delivering my order?
All Orders within the 48 states with a physical address will be shipped via Fed Ex, UPS, or USPS.

I did not receive a tracking number and it has been weeks. What should I do?
We have noticed that shipping notification e-mails have difficulties delivering tracking numbers to Hotmail and AOL email accounts. First, please check your spam box. If there is no information there, please contact our customer service team at  custserv@pure-fiber.com

How do I track my order?
All UPS/USPS orders can be tracked by going to https://www.ups.com orFedEx www.Fedex.com. Simply enter your tracking number on their tracking page and follow their prompt to track. There are cases where packages have been given to the carrier already but will show up as Manifest or still in our facility, which could mean it has been delivered to them but not updated on their site yet. Please allow 1-2 business days after receiving your tracking number for carriers to update their sites. Should the package still show Manifest or Exception at this time, please call us at (909) 930-1237.
